Brightly painted Worcester porcelain plate,

cobalt blue border  with polished gold gadrooned rim, well painted flower reserves.

Centre well with two  family crests.

Probably made for Robert ROSKELL, of GATEACRE HALL, Lancashire.

Motto means dew of heaven.

He moved there around 1806. 

Measures approx 10 Inches wide.

perfect condition.
